Safety

PTA is concerned with the health, safety and welfare of all children. The funds we raise help support the following PTA programs:

• Emergency Shed – fully stocked with food, water, first aid supplies needed in the event of an emergency
• Campus Security
• Marquez T-shirts for students to wear during field trips to increase safety and visibility
• Fund the Quiet Center with games and art supplies so that children have an quiet alternative during lunch
• Educational assemblies
• Parent Education series with a rotating roster of speakers
• Purchased a school-wide radio communication system
• CPR Training for teachers
• Provide additional lighting outside of school
