STAR NOVA PROGRAM

Session 3 (mid-Winter:  Feb. 22 – Apr. 23)

Welcome to Session 3 (mid-Winter) of the Marquez STAR NOVA classes. STAR offers a variety of classes to be taught by experienced instructors who are specialists in their fields

Sign-ups begin THURSDAY, February 4 at 8:00 am.

Session 3 (mid-Winter) begins Feb. 22 and runs through April 23
(No classes will be held March 28 – April 2)
Please carefully read the following procedure:

  1. Completely fill out the STAR Registration Form (click here for form).
  2. Attach your check (made payable to STAR). Make sure your child’s name is on the check.
  3. Place in STAR registration box located in the STAR Room – room 15 (see 1st day instructions below).
  4. NO PHONE CALLS will be made to let you know you are enrolled, unless classes are canceled or full.

A $10 registration fee per session is required to enroll. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply towards classes. Students currently enrolled in the STAR Galaxy Program do not pay the $10.

Scholarships are available based on need. Contact STAR for more information.

Students who are not picked up promptly by their parents will be released to Youth Services.

We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. Tuition will not be refunded if your child misses a class, quits or is asked to leave due to unacceptable behavior.
Tuition is non-refundable after the first week of classes has been completed.

Kindergarten students enrolled in kindergarten STAR will be delivered by STAR staff.

When school is let out there can be lots of distractions for your child. We understand that sometimes it takes the children awhile to get use to their new schedules & surroundings. If you feel that your child might have a hard time with this switch over we ask that you come and bring your child to class or let us know your concerns.

1st – 5th will meet at the cafeteria before class.
